Return Process

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship to our Lab

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for inspection by our technical team.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our engineers verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
